Would like to have some code to stream audio (using android's microphone input) between android and a pc.
The PC (server) will run Java, and the sound should be of good quality (no interruptions/echo - except for network problems of course) and run on old android versions (possibly API 8). Ideally, the java server code should also record the audio as wav in real time.
There is no need for an interface, only code/console necessary (as long as the code is tested and working).
TCP or UDP makes little difference, but ideally it should allow to downsample for low connections (i.e. offering a sample rate variable)
Dear employer,
I already developed something like this to stream audio from my computer to a raspberry pi. (the computer's sound output; using UDP on a WiFi network). Additionally I have experience with android (some apps finished, can send you examples).
The programming language of my choice is Java, so it will work on any operating system.
Thank you for considering my bid,
