We currently use HTML5 for the creation of apps that are then converted via Phonegap into apps and uploaded to Google Play. We require someone to create a basic "re-usable" file structure to allow the 64bit Google License Verification to be added prior to uploading and compiling via Phonegap. When will then drop out HTML code into the structure make any necessary code changes and upload. This allows for license checking when people purchase the app via Google. The procedure will need to be documented.
