Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. My name is Inderjeet and own a small 4 member IT services firm based at Chandigarh,India. We have been into IT since 1994 (desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001 and Wowza/FMS based video streaming/VOD apps for about 3 years. Currently exploring International clients through these portals for mutually beneficial and long lasting collaborations. You have taken a lot of time to define the work in such a detail. Not many people take the pains to go that far. The effort is highly appreciated. I have a lot of queries about the work but first need to see if the time, technology and budget fit your anticipations. So here i go: 1. Are you okay with Windows application (.net)? You have mentioned Gimp which comes from linux, hence the query. 2. Can you increase the budget to $2400 for all 3 phases? Obviously not all is to be paid rightaway but i anticipate this amount as a total figure for all 3 phases. 3. If you agree with the above, can you allow 4 days to allow us to check a few things related to Phase 3? Phase 3 is an image manipulation part and needs to be able to read pixel data. We have never done this kind of detailed processing so need to check before committing. Let me know the answers and we'll move further and send you the detailed technical queries.
