Mikrotik router configuration

Hi, looking for someone to assist with Mikrotik router configuration. - how to configure device as SSTP endpoint that will sit behind existing router and connect to another mikrotik also behind router (to create a secure tunnel for vpn phone) - configuring with custom dyndns host - dual wan/ip failover (if elegant/possible with mikrotik) - email alerting ..and possibly other misc items. I don't need a specific router configured, but general instructions I can use to configure routers, and possibly some related debugging as I work with them. I can set up access to a router if needed.
