426844 Networking Community Site Directory Business ASAP

m looking for someone that can help on a project that requires precise knowledge ability to complete. Im looking for someone with alot knowledge in developing sites to the tea........ I have a business directory/ website already up and running, I need the front page to have topic boxes just like a community networking site rss feed, video capabilities etc. The front page maybe 12-14 boxes. I can send the link to the site that I would like to duplicate the frontpage, but i cannot place the site name or url because it will show on google, this post as well as theirs. I will also need the site to have advertisements with an admin panel. I have some flash banners already created on the site but im unable to access its admin area so I will need help locate banners to have the banners changed when needed. The site needs some features like a statics page, mapquest, upload capabilities for video and rss feed, 360 virtual tour, mymobile phone book favorites business member page. I will also need help getting the new features added to the directory package checkout page which already has its admin panel. I'm on a very, very tight budget, any high offers will be deleted. Im looking to spend no more than $75-150. Payment with Paypal only. $20 to start. As work progresses I can make additional deposits per completion only. every completion is to be paid by increments of $20 with Paypal ONLY i will pay paypal fee $2-3 so $23 total. This will insure that both of us will not lose any $. My deadline is July 25. No expectations! No excuses... PERIOD..... Project will automatically be canceled with any prior excuse.
