Inputs: 1. An Excel worksheet containing more than one worksheet. Each worksheet containing 0 or many charts. Output: 2. A set of GIFs, one for each chart, placed in the current directory (that is, the one containing the XLS). The GIFs will be created using the [login to view URL] method. Further controls: 3. The Macro will prompt the user for a filename prefix, (eg. XX1). The GIFs will then be named [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc) Here is what I am making do with. I want to save myself the hassle of looking up the Access manual to produce prompt boxes and two loops - one for sheets and one for charts: ----------------------------------------- Sub Create_GIF() Dim mychart As Chart Set mychart = [login to view URL](1).Chart [login to view URL] Filename:="C:\Documents and Settings\xyz\My Documents\[login to view URL]", FilterName:="GIF" End Sub -----------------------------------------
