Implent Apache Spark test for php codeigniter project (make load fast or instantly calculations )

I am with a project in php codeigniter, in is taking a lot to load information. It's not big data (mysql and json). are like 10k results, and is taking from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, just to filter. I need to make a test to load fast, instantly if is posible. 30 mb, is taking too much, and i cant scale to big data, and is what i need. If this architecture is possible to made, will gave a contstant management job for this project. We need for a php project load instantly results, preloads, load balancing, collect fast data, Govern, transform raw data in data clean consumable and compatible. we need instant and fast data visualization for dashboard, tables, pivot, charts, reports. So the idea, is implement in a server hadoop, using apache sparks, that way receive information from database from this project, and make all pre calculations, so then when php projects try to read them loads instantly.
