Short Sale Letters and Email

I want to send mailing letters and email to my potential customers (fabricators) in order to convince the using my services (water management). I need 5 different letters and 5 emails that all say the same thing but in different way (for the emails please include an attractive subject) Briefly, the letter shall warn the fabricators that they have to be covered by a special permit called NPDES Industrial Permit. Consequently, they have to use my service in order to comply with the Permit. The client should know that if they do not apply to be covered or if they do not comply with the permit requirements they will be fined by the government. I attached a letter that I wrote addressed to "metal fabricators". This can be used as a starting point to let you know what I want to say. PLEASE READ IT! We offer a professional service so the letter should be written in a serious tone and not to be very flashy. Here are the specifications: 1-First of all and most important that you have to have advanced writing skills and know how to approach an American reader. 2-The letter shall have a professional, authoritative and serious language. It will be sent from our "NPDES Compliance Center". 3-The letter shall emphasis on the new regulations for NPDES permit released by the State of California. 4-It shall warn the reader that if he does not comply with the the permit regulations his business will be fined or even shut down from the government. 5-It shall guide the reader to visit our site (a specified page) to verify URGENTLY if their business needs to be covered by the permit. 6-The letter shall be written in a way showing some authority and some educational and awareness guide for the reader.
