Hi,
I would be happy to help you with the edit of your thesis.
I wrote two thesis myself, one for a Master Degree and one for a PhD, both at the University of Queensland in Australia. I submitted my PhD thesis in 2012 and have since worked in an academic/research position.
To ensure I meet the objectives of your project, I would perform the edit/proofreading in three 3 steps:
- I will first go through your introduction Chapter and make edits/comments including references (if any), heading and formatting. I will send this back to you and we can discuss whether these changes suit you.
- I will then go through the remaining Chapters and make edits/comments including references, headings and formatting and send them to you.
- For a final review, I will re-read the whole thesis to ensure you everything is consistent across the Chapters.
To work along these milestones, I would prefer to do the review on two days. Weekend would be perfect.
To be able to complete the project, I will need to know if there are any specific requirements for your thesis in terms of formatting i.e. margins, double-spacing, font, etc. from your university.
For the reference list, I will need to know if you are using a specific software. I use Endnote with most of my projects.
Please feel free to contact me by email if you have any questions.
Thank you and good luck!
Cindy.
