Editorial case studies writing

We are working as a vendor for Microsoft, supporting them in number of marketing projects. Currently we are searching for writers capable to write case studies with Microsoft customers. Skills required: · Native Italian · Fluent English · Experience with writing case studies - preferred · IT background or knowledge of Microsoft products and solutions - preferred · Time flexibility for the interviews – we are working with customers in different time zones all over the world · Reliability in meeting deadlines Work scope: 1. Conducting two interviews: · Internal interview with client (Microsoft owner), to get better insight into the case, learn more about the customer and agree on the focus and messaging of the case study. This call usually takes 30 minutes. · Content interview – interview with the end customer to get the content for the case study and customer quotes. This call usually takes 60 minutes. The interviews are scheduled by Wings4U project manager based on the owner/customer and writer time availability. The writer responsibility is to prepare the questions for the interviews and ask them during the calls. Prior to the customer interview, we usually send the questions in written to the customer, so that they have an idea about the questions and can prepare the inputs. 2. Research and data gathering · Writer is responsible for searching and studying the publicly available information about the company and Microsoft product/solution the customer is using. · Writer is also responsible to study and utilize the additional material that we can receive from Microsoft and/or the client. 3. Delivery timeframe expectations · Case Study 1st Draft Written – 5 working days after the content interview · Microsoft Review - Changes Implemented by Writer – 1 working day after we receive the feedback from Microsoft · Customer review - Changes Implemented by Writer – 1 working day after we receive the feedback from the customer
