I worked as a professional teacher for 10 years in an International school using American Standards and Curriculum and was promoted twice for consistently topping the National Achievement Test and winning in academic and non-academic competitions during my term. I also worked as an online English teacher for Japanese and Chinese students of different age groups.
I just ended my contract as an E-commerce Customer & Technical Support Associate for an amateur radio e-commerce store based in Minnesota, US. Very familiar with ZenDesk and Magento as cloud-based platforms for phone, chat, email, and ticket support for customers to rapidly innovate and grow the business.
