This is a two part project to design an invoice form to be pre-printed (supply print ready high resolution PDF) and a draft showing the form with sample data on it. Part one will be on the left half of the 8.5 X 11 inch page. It will be in colour, to match the logo logo will be supplied in GIF or JPG format. For approximate header layout see "[login to view URL]" which will be supplied upon bid acceptance. The Invoice Header will consist of: - logo on the left - company name and address in the middle - telephone numbers and placeholder for Inv # on the right Leave space under the header to print the customer information. This will require almost as much space as the header. Draw a line across the invoice form to separate the header/customer section from the detail section that follows. Enter the headings for the Invoice Columns: Description, Quantity, Price, Amount. Draw a border all the way around the invoice, about .75 cm from the edge, in the same colour as the logo. The above will become the pre-printed form on which the computer generated invoice will be printed. Recommend to get this part approved before starting part two. Part two will be on the right half of the 8.5 X 11 inch page. It will duplicate part one (in colour), and then add sample data in black to simulate the text printed on the form by the computer printer. This will include: - the customer information, date, and invoice number in the section under the header - the invoice detail lines. - the summary lines at the bottom of the invoice.
