<input type=submit name="sup" value="Click to Continue">
</form>
</center>
I am wanting to create a program to replace [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] and when someone hits the submit button their information goes into my [login to view URL] database. The following fields will be tablename 'cashforempties' fields firstname,lastname,email, ipaddress, datejoined. SO... I will change the action program to <[login to view URL]>.
I hope you can help.
