A clone of agile project management

Hi all, I am looking for a freelancer to build an Agile project management tool for managing our development teams. Recently, I have found [login to view URL] fitting well in our expectations but we have too many projects and teams so we want to have the tool running internally. More or less, if you understand about Agile and Scrum, you can easily follow the process. Please find attached, it contain all of the webpages that I would like to have through the steps of [login to view URL] The technical requirements: - The web tool needs to build in: asp.net 3.5 with mssql server 2005/2008 database (we will create a database account for you in our server) - The web should be interactive and responsive as [login to view URL] and works with all famous browsers: IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera - The web must use Ajax techniques (posting back to the server after dropping things), jQuery (drag and drop), CSS (please build a nice design) - You will be provided a Subversion to check in and check out the code - Is a plus if you have built similar systems before If it works well, you will be awarded with other projects and looking for long-term people to work with.
