What I will give you as a client-friend: - Removal of ums and ahs, stutters, mistakes, long pauses. Fun fact: these words even sound awkward to me in real life now. Since editing podcasts for my clients, I am now used to such hearing that I would like people to talk flawlessly in daily-lives. - I remove the unwanted sounds without leaving an awkward sound since I fade-in and fade-out each noise smoothly without leaving a mark behind. - Then comes the normalization of the volumes. I keenly listen to each of the audio in order to bring out the words/dialogue which fades out in certain places. So I normalize the audio which suits perfectly the whole audio.
