Film Look for DV

Required. Plug in/software for Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. I shoot in Pal DV 16: 9 and edit with Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. I want to have a piece of software/plug in that will give me a very real film look. I have "Magic Bullet" and this doesn't really hit the looks I want. Looks sought: 1 Expensive pop video real 35mm look, vibrant colours, film feel. 2 General really top quality real 35mm look and feel. Hope someone can help?
