As an individual owning an existing blueprint that requires duplicating into CAD format, I'm in need of a skilled architect to help execute the task with precision and attention to detail. Key Job Responsibilities: - Transforming a physical copy of a site plan and layout drawing into a digital CAD file. - Ensuring that the CAD file fully covers building outlines and utilities as well as additional elements such as trees, roads, grade changes, new parking arrangements, and all information present in the existing site plan. Requirements: - Robust experience with architectural drafting and CAD software - Keen eye for detail and accuracy. - Knowledge in architectural measurements and their digital representation. Deliverables: 1) Create 3D Revit Files and provide as deliverable. To include trees, house outline, pathway, road, property line. 2) Create dwg and pdf files as deliverable of site plan containing all information that are present on existing site plan including trees, house outline, pathway, road, property line, utilities, and civil grade changes (elevation changes), scale of drawings.
