I'm seeking a proficient drafter to provide modern-styled and moderately detailed exterior elevation sketches for my property. Key Requirements: - Deliver exterior sketches that align to modern design aesthetics replacing the old brown (mahogany) wooden linings with modern Scotlarch Board on Board Cladding. - I anticipate moderate level of detail in the sketches, equating to a balance of precise elements and artistic freedom. - Porch image (1000030797) I'd like a new front door added (anthracite modern upvc style). The windows marked with red x will be removed so just wooden (larch) in its place. The window frame to side where I have painted a blue box will be replaced with a full length slim window similar to the box. All window frames should be darkened to an anthracite colour as the existing ones will be painted and new ones in this colour. -Image (1000030796) - as above - remove the red x windows and replace with Scottish Larch wood (board on board effect) - (1000030795) - All windows remain, wood as per above (replaced with Scotlarch Board on Board Cladding) and door to be replaced with aluminum frame (crittal style) door. -(1000030793) - All windows remain (darken the frames as previous) and replace all woodwork with Scotlarch Board on Board Cladding Ideal skillset: - Proven drafting or architecture experience, preferably oriented towards modern design aesthetic. - Strong understanding of spatial design and elevation considerations. - Ability to adhere to project timeline. - Excellent communication skills for any necessary design discussions.
