Building construction drawings

Please see attached preliminary plans for a proposed four townhouse development in Moreton Bay Regional Council Area. Please provide a quote on the following for submission to Moreton Bay Regional Council and for the builders tendering process: 1. Scope of works – A precise scope of works to allow contractors to accurately quote for labour and subcontracting costs. 2. Building schedule –Detailing materials, fittings and fixtures so all of the builders involved with tendering are quoting for the same standard (and low cost brands) of materials. This list should be as thorough and detailed as possible to help prevent cost blowouts. All materials used must obviously comply with Australian building standards, but as these finished townhouses are aimed at the affordable level of the market, important consideration must be given to use low cost materials and building methods without making the end product look cheap. 3. House plans, diagrams and engineering documents - Clear, comprehensive house plans and supporting diagrams to be provided so that the builders tendering for the work have a very clear idea of exactly what’s involved, so that there’s no confusion & so these documents can be submitted to Council for building approval. This includes engineering reports and soil test results. All materials used must obviously comply with Australian building standards, but as these finished townhouses are aimed at the affordable level of the market, important consideration must be given to use low cost materials and building methods without making the end product look cheap.
