iPhone App (organizer, logbook)

Project 1: There will be 5 to 10 predefined fields (columns) that the users can either 'check' or 'write' into, based on the type of these fields, on a daily/weekly basis. These data will be stored and will be used to generate summary progress charts/graphs. Users can compare their data vs previous day, week, month, quarter and year. I'm looking for an confident expert who can do this job, you must have experience using iPhone dev tools. Copyrights will belong to us. Prefer someone who's also expert building websites. You create this iPhone app the I way want and able to design websites (w/ user generated interface), you got yourself a full time job.
