Make dotNet Help file

We need a developer or writer with experience in writing helpf files for dotNet Components. Experinece into dotNet is a must to understand and build a readable structure. You do not have to write the content from scratch. You will get a C++DLL HelpFile that contains the same Functions, Structures and Values, just to change on some function descriptions the value type. We expect a structured help file according to the market available components. Good structured and well readable. The help file have to be a plain component reference, no custom text or topics. There are many structures, functions, Macros, Evenets and so forth inside the DLL. We expect to use a professional tool like Doc-o-matic or similar. You can use the DLL itself as refernece import or the header files. The dotNet DLL is developed with managed C++. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
