Image processing AM image halftoning algorithm

I have a lot of experience in image processing, i have made a Neuro-marketing system in matlab which utilizes a brain headset and eye gazer and image processing algorithms to look where the person is looking and concentrating during an ad to polish that portion, it is work as a marketing tool helping marketing firms to make their ads better and eye catching. I have developed traffic monitoring and counter using raspberry pi and C# in the backend to count the vehicles in the category they fall. I have also developed a drvier fatigue detection tool to help drivers drive during night and keep them from falling asleep so to avoid accidents. I even have implemented and tweak image processing through wavelets algorithm. I think i have enough experience to complete your work better than anyone else here,

You can use opencv library for this purpose which will make you save much time in development. It is an open source library
