Feature 1: Process a POST request from the Android app and retrieve a file. Store the received file with a filename "[login to view URL]" (where "extension" is the actual extension of the uploaded file, e.g., .jpg, .pdf, etc.) on the Windows server. The API should then return the GUID of the filename. Feature 2: Accept a POST request from the Android app to receive a GUID. Verify the existence of a file named "[login to view URL]" in the "Processed" folder and check its correspondence with the provided GUID. If a matching file is found, the API should return the file and subsequently create an empty "[login to view URL]" file in the "Returned" folder. If no match is identified, the API should respond with an appropriate error message or status.
