Required to perform detection of image files parsed from kiosks. File naming are defined according to kiosk number and the time taken. The format will be like this kioskno_mmddyyyy.jpg. The process is to recognize plate number contained in the image. The algorithm will be given to you. The result should be the recognized plate number be displayed in the message box. The font should be blown up to 30 or 40 pixel in size. The processed image is then deleted but before that it should be serialized into an XML file. The recognized plate number also need to be recorded into database table.
