Import csv-file to SQL-Server, create WPF-Project for configuring and processing

Hi, I've worked with C#.NET and SQL Server (almost exclusively) for 6 years as a developer. Base functionality is straightforward: a WPF form that allows selecting a CSV file and bulk importing (for efficiency) the data to a destination table in SQL Server, with standard error-handling and validation. Majority of the effort is on the validation and verifying correct encoding conversions to UTF-16BE for all test cases. I'll structure the following major functions into its own class/component: - Main UI page - CSV file handling - Configuration of UNC path - Data import - Encoding conversion Let me know if you're interested.
