Basically you use Selenium web driver conjunction with a simple c# console application or a web interface application. you could either use a simple db to store your configuration or app settings on the configuration file (which I prefer but definitely will depend on your requirment )

If I understand it correctly I can use selenium webdriver to complete the task. It should be relatively easy depending on the exact form that you want to automate this way.
