Looking for biochemist to hire short term and solve equation for us

Hi, We are a pharmaceutical and life sciences company based in Japan but also have offices in India and working on distribution networks at some European countries as well. We are looking to hire chemists (fully remote work) for our operational requirements. You don't need to come to physical work, we will pay you 500 - 1000 USD a month for your services here. We are looking for people who are not tenured for this reason, as we want to support the community and help fund quality chemists education, so we can have a lot more talent entering our industry. Our company name is MSN laboratories and we are almost done with merging our company with Daiichi sankyo as we have taken over manufacture of mirogabalin while they will focus on marketing the product. I myself am Nikulas, and I am the CFO of MSN laboratories ( Soon to be Difetal Sankyo as we are merging with Daiichi Sankyo of japan as stated). Your job would be to verify routes of manufacture of our current products and come up with methods that can either increase yield or routes that can help with reducing the complexity and time as well as equipment that is required to manufacture them. Again this is a fully remote position so you work from home and do not need to come to our physical sites.
