I'm seeking an intern for human recources. This role involves in-depth work in the Human Resources department, including: - Responding to emails from applicants, reviewing their responses, setting up interviews, and doing evaluations with senior HR professionals. • Adding new employee data to our internal database. • Place job postings on websites for general careers, college and university careers, and websites for internships. • Establish connections with academic institutions that provide internship programs. • Interviews are scheduled and conducted. • Carrying out evaluations. • Proactive collaboration with other team members. • Additional HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have an educational background or prior experience in HR. They will also have top-notch communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with team members and new hires alike.
