Protected media files in USB drive

I'm looking for a software to protect my media files (mp4) on USB drive from copy or transfer to other USB drive or hard disk. I saved my movie files (mp4) on USB drive for playing via HD Media Player or USB port of TV. I want to have a software to make a protected my media files from copy to other USB drive. In case it could be copied, the copy one must not be playable on other USB drive. ( the media files must be playable only on the original USB drive via HD media Player or USB port of TV). Please estimate cost for completed the software. I will send my media files to programmer who are interested in my project by download it directly from my FTP server. Anyone can send me a USB drive with media files copy-protected completed to try on my HD Media Player or UBS port of TV and workable. I will closed the bid and prompt to buy you the software.
