We show Google ads next to each article or blog , when someone click it , Google pay for this click . All we need from our writers is to provide us with their own Google account , so when we show an ad we will use our writers account and our account proportional as following We give our articlist the most they can get anywhere. We share them 100% of revenue till 31/12/2009 We share them 90% of revenue till 30/6/2009 We share them 80% of revenue till 31/12/2009 We share them 70% of revenue till 30/6/2010 We share them 60% of revenue till 31/12/2010 We share them 50% of revenue till 30/6/2011 We share them 40% of revenue till 31/12/2011 We share them 30% of revenue till 30/6/2012 We share them 20% of revenue till 31/12/2012 We share them 10% of revenue after that But why we give all this share of revenue while other do not , because if we share you only 10% of revenue and we have 100 articlist like you , this mean we could earn 10 times (100 *0.1 ) than what we can earn ourselves. So the more you write the more you get , and you can view your earning any time you want via your google account or your wooords account.
