Ongoing project management, web research, and virtual asistant

I am looking for a virtual assistant with EXCELLENT English skills. Please do not bid unless you have flawless grammar and spelling. Please do not bid unless you normally have at least 2-3 hours available each day, but understand that the work will come and go. Some weeks will be very busy, but at other times 2-3 weeks may pass when I have nothing for you to work on. The most important characteristic is independent thinking and initiative. I expect you to suggest tasks to work on, based on project goals we set together, rather than wait for me to assign specific work items. It is extremely important that you are familiar and comfortable with online systems and applications as that's where most of the work will be done. You should be an excellent web researcher and have great search skills, as well as be very familiar with Google Docs, Excel, etc. It will be helpful if you have basic technical skills (SQL, HTML, JavaScript in particular) or if you are a fast learner and comfortable with web technology. I definitely prefer to work with someone with an IT background, but this is not a requirement. Your job will consist of two broad categories: 1. Ongoing project management for several software and business projects. We will discuss general project milestones and goals initially, after which I expect you to continuously follow up with the project team (developers, marketers, etc.) to ensure that the project is moving forward, as well as with me to determine what direction we move the project in. In essence I expect you to constantly act as a liaison between myself and the team. It is crucial that you are proactive and keep ME as well as the rest of the team on top of tasks that need to be completed, as well as figure out if there are any additional tasks that need to be done. If you prefer to be told what to do you are probably not right for this job. 2. Occasional online research, document drafting and copy writing, and other minute tasks, such as making ticket reservations, ordering items online, and so on.
