Hi, i can rewrite that installer to Object Pascal in max. 2 days, if WordCountInstaller source code can be provided. It will feel and look like original VC++ version but will have literally 0 dependencies (Object Pascal produces 100% native Windows code). I see one inconsistence in your description, the link opens at "Network Response Tester 1.1", not "Word Count", plus "2nd version minus the .NET stuff" while for Word Count there is only one download link that is titled "Download Word Count 1.3 (Self-Extracting Installer)". Anyway, i assume that you are interested in Installer of Word Count, please correct me if i'm wrong.
