I like to do C++ programing.I was topper in C++ in my high school. I am a full time freelancer and like to solve logical problems.

The problem is a traditional example of divide and conquer algorithm. I can do it within 1 - 2 hours for c++ part. However, I cannot finish your task 4 since I do not know how to code in R language. My price is the lowest and feel free to contact me.
