UDP Socket Data Transmission C++

I have an application that generates data at a regular interval, for examples 60 frames per second. I need to transmit this data over the open internet using udp and receive it at another location. Features: The frame packet size may be more than a UDP/MTU frame. Dropping frames during transmission is acceptable. When a complete frame arrives it should be provided one of two ways as an option: - immediately - at the same frame rate as the data is being generated at (e.g. 60fps) Coded with raw socket calls or making use of well developed libraries with permissive licensing Cross Platform (Windows, Linux, OSX minimal - IOS and Android too would be ideal) Secure (optional private key encryption) Fault Tolerant - CRC check on complete packets Low Latency and stable frame rate One way transmission or broadcast (one publisher, many listeners) Deliverable: - Working code and inline documentation to be checked in to private git repo - Data will be tested sending to a public aws ec2 instance I am also going to create another upwork project for udp nat traversal / punchthrough.
