Customized Excel Spreadsheet

A small startup software company has a product where MS Excel 2007 is used to provide data entry with different tabs accessed through a customized ribbon. The .xlsm file has a fair amount of customization from user interface perspective as visual basic to extend its functionality. When data entry is complete, the users click a button called Export XML in the ribbon and a XML file is generated. The work involves modifications using MS Office, visual basic and producing new .xlsm files. It would be done on a fixed bid basis with staged payments. Timing at this stage of the product has flexibility and therefore can be fit on the side. A detailed specification will be provided to bid on. To submit a bid, the following will occur. 1. We will provide a NDA which is required to proceed. The NDA covers the intellectual property contained in the design of this product. 2. Provide 3 references I can talk to about the work you've done and allow me to see or use samples of your work. 3. A detailed specification will then be provided that you can bid on.
