Add name and year company has been acquired

Hello! I have created an Excel document that needs to be filled in. This is done by going to the website of the private equity group and adding their portfolio companies into the sheet. In addition, I need the year that particular portfolio company was acquired. I have made the sheet very simple to follow. I have created spots for 25+ companies within the private equity group. If more needs to be added, this can be done very simply. In the event the year acquired is not listed on the private equity group website, a simple google search can be done to find this data. I want every single portfolio company still within ownership added to this sheet. I do not want companies that have already been sold. Make sure you know if it is still owned or not.
