Van Nuys based office supply company looking for an administrative assistant to our office [login to view URL] would be an employee with an hourly rate of $13 per hour/ BENEFITS ARE 1 week paid vacation during the holidays/paid National holidays/paid sick days… after the 90 day training period. Hours are approx. Looking for someone who is a strong self-starter...motivated..positive personality...is good at dealing with customers and clients. SKILLS – MUST HAVE – Great WORD and EXCEL computer skills. Some QUICKBOOKS skills are a must as well. Duties: Assisting office manager with all duties including: Word/Excel/Quickbooks, mailings, filings, light data entry, and some receptionist duties. Great working environment with an amazing team.
