US-Based - Customer Support Rep And Admin

Looking for a US-based individual to handle customer service, order processing, and product data entry for our online retail business. Must be reliable and able to learn the process quickly. Friendly personality and ability to communicate well is a must. This is a long term position so we'd like candidates to apply who are looking for the same. We prefer an experienced customer service rep that has worked with customers and knows how to communicate and resolve issues that may arise in various scenarios. Email and phone etiquette is extremely important in order to provide the very best customer service possible. For best results candidate should have fast internet and a desktop with a larger monitor. Dual monitors is best for this position. A quiet workplace is must for handling customer service phone calls. Duration: Long Term Preferred budget is $10-14/hr.
