We are a US home services company seeking an individual to do a quality assurance audit of job tickets processed by our internal team. You will be comparing information on job contracts such as items, amount, notes, discounts, etc, against the job ticket created in our online system to ensure that all information has been included in the ticket and that it is correct. We will provide detailed training and a checklist of items to review. You're the right person for this if you meet the following requirements: - You can commit to reviewing job tickets on a daily basis for 1-2 hours per day anytime after 7pm EST, 7 days a week. - You are able to keep an eye on email throughout the day to check for updates on ticket corrections or inquiries. - You have excellent communication skills; you will be interacting with our internal team to request corrections to tickets. - You're exceptionally detail oriented. - You're fluent in english, both written and verbal.
