For the past 10.5 years I have been consistently employed as an Accounting Officer and Customer Service Agent. Some of my responsibilities include: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, data entry, schedule meetings (local and international), write reports, attend meetings, customer service, process transactions for customers, schedule their deliveries, research, liaise with other locations to retrieve reports or other vital information, process payroll for 40+ employees, manage diaries, controll access to my employers, compute and remit taxes monthly, quarterly and annually for the company, organizing events, create, implement and maintain systems to improve efficiency, negotiate with suppliers, track orders and process and pay bills.
I am discrete and trustworthy, loyal, honest and a team player. I am flexible and adaptable, organized, tactful and diplomatic, able to multitask, I am proactive, responsible, accountable and take initiative.
