Re-post - Marketing coordinator with light graphic art skills

You are bidding on one month of work at 8 hours a day 5 days a week. This is a test assignment and this may turn into a long-term opportunity. You may have other freelance projects at the same time but you must be willing to dedicate 40-hours a week exclusively to me. I prefer someone from India with good written and spoken English but will consider a freelancer from other parts of the world if they qualify. I am very familiar with monthly pay rates in India as I have several clients with employees doing similar work. You will be doing several different data entry type marketing tasks such as manually adding products to a Shopify web site. Copying and pasting images from the web site and adding them to picture albums in Facebook. Taking image files and creating products in Printify based on templates and updating work tasks accomplished in Google sheets. Please be advised the tasks are not something that can be done programmatically. These are manual tasks. Very light graphic skills will be needed to the extent of opening image files in photoshop and Illustrator and resizing them as needed, or outputting them in a different file type for the different tasks you will perform. Required: You must be a hard worker and willing to dedicate 8-hours a day, five days a week to this project Be very organized You should be very computer and Internet savvy. You must have good verbal and written skills in English You must have access to your own Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator programs (or compatible software that can read and write .PSD and .AI files) You must have or create a Facebook account (this is only so you can be added to our FB page so you can have access) You must know how to open and resize and "save as" images in Photoshop and Illustrator You must be able to take written and verbal instruction in English (we will have several short Zoom meetings a week and you will receive some video screen share instruction in English) You must be familiar with Google Sheets and be able to update them with your task completions and status Not required but will give you a higher consideration: More than basic graphic art skills Experience in FB and FB marketing Experience with Shopify Experience with Printify Any experience with social media marketing Before you apply please understand that I have done all the tasks I will give you and supervised others who have done them so I am very familiar with how much should be accomplished in 8 hours. This means if you think you can do less than 8 hours of work in a day and get away with it, you can't. I will know it and I will terminate our agreement. Please be aware that I will verbally speak with you over zoom, google hangouts, or through Freelancer before accepting your bid. So if you can not communicate in English this is not the right project for you. Milestones. Please bid for 1 month of work. 20% will be paid after week 1 20% will be paid after week 2 60% will be paid after 30 days After 1 month we can discuss an additional 3-months. If things go well after that we can discuss a longer-term arrangement. Please be detailed in your bids as to what experience you have in the things I have mentioned.
