Database for Ship Components and Maintenance Needs

We are a Shipyard Based in Piraeus, Athens and represent an Italian Manufacturer of Machinery for Yachts. We are trading essential machinery than need to follow a regular maintenance schedule. We wish to set up a Database that will follow: - Sale of Machinery/Retrofits - Urgent Repairs/Breakdowns - Sale of Spares - Scheduled Service - Service Intervals I attach a doc with the basic required data: 01 Vessel’s Data Every Vessel is a unique case with a single ID. Through its lifetime it may change Name, Ownership, Invoicing Details. 02 Equipment It is the type and model of machinery installed. We have 5x main Machinery types (Stabilisers, Bow Thrusters, Stern Thrusters, Steering Gear and Interceptor) and several models for each type. Each vessel may have more than one machinery (may have Stabiliser and Thruster or Thruster and Steering) Through its lifetime, machinery may be added (so buy a Stern Thruster later on) 03 Regular Maintenance Schedule Stabilisers and Thrusters require regular maintenance depending on Operating Hours (Hours) and Period (Years), whichever comes first. Depending on the service level, Parts may be needed. Steering and Interceptors are maintenance free and only require an intervention following incident or damage 04. Service Data Input An intervention may be: - Sale of Parts - Service Labor - Parts and Service The required Data are indicated at (4) [login to view URL] We need to have: - Alerts of Next Required Service (for example in October we need to service vessel A, C, F, L) - Be Able to do various queries such as: o Which “Sanlorenzo” Make vessels we serviced January to August 2023 o How many “Stabiliser HS60” did we service o When did “MY Mycenae” had her last service o What parts have been supplied to “MY Mycenae” 2019~2022 Having Web / Mobile Access would be very convenient so that our technicians can access data while onboard.
