Dating Personals Networking site Philadelphia

I have had mixed success on this site but I am trying again. I need someone local ( I am in Philadelphia) to create a dating-like website. The site will be structured like a dating site(instant messaging, profiles, etc) but with a number of key differeneces and additional [login to view URL] ideal person for this job would be someone who has already created this kind of site because I know to do it from scratch is very time consuming and the pre-packages stuff just doesn't cut it. A younger candidate would be good too(30 or under) as you will most likely understand the concept better. I have been working with someone for about 7 months on this and because this person is so far away and there have been problems in translation, I now know I need someone local(or pretty close) because meeting wtih this person is essential. I do not have a lot of money, however, I am offering the person who completes this a percentage of the subscription. My idea is truely unique and original and you will know what I mean by a "dating-like website" later on. I do not want to give away any ideas. This other person already has a good deal of work done but i need someone to tie this together. Or, it might have to be done from the beginning, I don't know. I am very anxious to get this going as the lasy 7 months have been extremeley frustrating. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT IF ME YOU ARE NOT IN PHILLY OR VERY CLOSE. THERE ARE EXCELLENT PROGRAMERS ALL OVER THE WORLD, BUT I HAVE FOUND THE COMMUNICATION IS DIFFICULT AND MEETING IS ESSENTIAL. THANKS. ALSO, I AM WEIRY OF FIRMS OR CORPORATIONS.
