Delphi Xe5 - Windows and Mobile Application - Repost

I am re-posting this due to the wrong use of tags and not being able to reach the intended audience. ISO of a developer to create me a Delphi project group that consists of a Windows application (Win32 & Win64), and a Fire-monkey mobile application (compatible with IPhone and Android) . You will provide source, executable, and mobilepackages. The source code will be for the entire Project Group. Must be compatible with Delphi Xe5 and must compile on my machine using the delivered project group. Windows application must be compatible with Windows XP - Windows 8.1. The Firemonkey mobile application must be compatible with IPHone 4-5s(c) and Android 2.x-4.x. The applications (windows & mobile) will each have a standalone (or embedded) database compatible with each. Don't care which one is usedas long as it works. The windows app, should be one exe. The mobile applications each should have only their required package files for deployment on the phones. This entire windows application and mobile app will be an in-house project and will not be sold commercial through any app store, so there is no need for any of those requirements. However, both packages for the mobile phones, should be easily installable on their respective phone platforms with explicit directions. The windows and mobile apps must be syn'able (i.e. the databases between them). There should be way for manual or auto sync from any machine the windows app is installed on. The windows application must be able to run in the task tray. It should include hot menu items and hot keys for quick entry and quick look-ups. Without giving away to much, this is what the project does. It allows the user to add large chunks of plain text into the database (NOTES if you will), through the simple process of paste. This information should be the only thing added. The application then extracts all keywords (might need to be dictionary based) and stores them in a indexed table, linking them to the new add. The user then should be able to recall this information in a speedy fashion. Type in simple keywords and be able to choose these chunks of stored notes and view them Simple. No need to add keywords, or a title. Just click add button or add menu item. Form comes up. You past the notes from clipboard into the form and submit to be stored. On retrieval, click the find button or menu item, and type in one or more keywords, and get a list of plain text notes associated with those keywords. select one to view. Click copy to copy to clipboard Your bids initial milestone should not consist of more than 25% of your entire bid. This is due to the project being in 4 phases. 1st phase - Windows Application 2nd phase - mobile applications 3rd phase - snycing 4th phase - full testing and QA After each phase is completed, another milestone will be added to your escrow If you have read this far, and understand this all, make your bid with the words - "I understand fully".
