The goal is to create a Delphi 7 compatible split pane, multi-tabbed web browser. I have no plans on introducing a new-fangled web browser into the world, but I do have a need for a user interface for an application that I am developing. The interface will be similar to multi-tabbed web browser. Within the tabbed window/pages will be displayed HTML files. The project that you are bidding on will be a hybrid between a HTMLHelp ([login to view URL]) application and a web browser. Attached to this brief project description is a 25-page PDF file, explaining in greater detail what is required for this project. This project is being re-posted because the winning bidder back in November 2014 quit halfway through the awarded project. He underestimated the amount of work necessary to complete the project. It is for this reason that I must insist that you read the 25 page project description (PDF) before posting your bid so that you fully understand what is expected. Ask questions if something is unclear.

Hello - 8 I'm very interested in your project. I'm Delphi expert and I have great experience in Win32 programming. As I see the deadline 60 days is achievable. Could you please describe what's the real problem with your previous developer? And the another question. You wrote "No EXEs will be delivered at any time." Usually I'm working in the following manner and I'd like to offer its to you. We will divide the project to independent parts with own milestones and once each part finished I will provide the source code and you will release corresponding milestone. If that is not acceptable to you I will provide compiled exe file any time you want to see the project state. In any case the source code always will cost the money to you. Thank you. Regards.

I' believe that I'm skilled to complete the project, but I use only XE7. If you are interested then get back to me. My terms and conditions: 1. I use Delphi XE7 2. My time frame is 50 - 60 days. You will only get EXEs unless the project milestone is paid in full; this is to prevent you from starting an arbitration in order to get the source code (ie. work done) for free. Regards, Larry
