Public Relations Outreach

Everyone wants privacy for themselves, and everyone wants accountability from people they encounter online. Our company’s platform delivers both, as well as a means to establish the authenticity of images, videos and documents. We need a public relations freelancer to execute a thought leadership campaign for our founding principal. Our company has a message that is timely–we have a product that is directly relevant to the global conversation on AI and related emergent issues like deep fakes and cyber attacks. Our founder created the world’s first online encyclopedia in 1981, which evolved into the Delphi social network. Delphi was sold to News America Corp. in 1993. We’re looking for a PR freelancer to help place him as a leading voice in the conversation on privacy, accountability and authenticity in the era of AI, to build connections between his company and reporters who are writing about these topics in consumer and technology media. We will provide pitch materials and reporter outreach email content, inviting your edits and modifications. Together we will work on an AI press list. We will need you to execute several pitches to reporters that lead to off the record conversations with the goal of making our founder the first call reporters make when they are writing about AI, deep fakes, and related topics. Skills and Experience required: - Proven experience in PR outreach and securing placements in print publications - Strong communication and networking skills - Ability to quickly understand the benefits of our unconventional platform - Ability to effectively pitch and promote our solution to journalists - Knowledge of media relations and the ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines If you have the skills and experience required for this project, please submit your proposal.
