Wireless Mesh for Microcontroller

I am looking for someone to produce code for a microcontroller which is to act as a node in a wireless mesh network. The network will be used only for the streaming of low quality audio of approximately 16kbps. The node would need to decode the incoming audio stream (opus codec) based upon a channel selection by the user. In any one network cell there would be a maximum of 10 selectable channels by a total of approximately 5,000 users. Each audio channel would be multicast over this network. The preferred microcontroller would be the STM32F4129 or equivalent as the node would also have a touch screen interface. Programming of the HMI would be a separately costed job.
