I need a proficient freelancer to set up an AI virtual assistant to manage communications on my Facebook Business page, email, as well as the comment section of my website. Tasks: • On Facebook, the AI will send messages to customers, reply to comments, and transfer inquiries to the relevant team members. • For email management, the AI is expected to create and send replies, forward emails to the appropriate team members, and categorize incoming emails based on their urgency. Ideal Skills & Experience: • Experience in setting up AI customer service systems on multiple platforms • Knowledge of email categorization systems • Understanding of transferring inquiries within a team on Facebook and via email • Outstanding written communication skills.
