Civil Engineer Structural Engineer - 1pg report needed regarding foundation & piling for large steel robot statue

Civil Engineering expertise sought for 1 page report. We have been commissioned to design an animatronic steel sculpture of a robot similar to Transformers. (see attached image) The robotic statue will be 8.5 meters tall and will probably weigh up to 2 tons, possibly more. Our partner is already excavating the site and needs guidance from us on attributes of the foundation/pedestal. We'd like to present a very professional report advising not only about the total weight and center of mass, but also offering guidance for the appropriate depth and other attributes of a piling depending on soil attributes. Please contact us if you have relevant experience in this domain and can write a 1 page report (with our mass + CM info) that includes a table showing various structural options depending on soil characteristics. We'd like to make an optimal recommendation with your expert guidance. note: We also welcome contact from mechanical designers who have expertise in inner skeletal frameworks for a steel statue of this size. Mainly we'd like to be validate that our estimates of that mass are accurate, but we would also consider subcontracting the skeletal framework design itself to a subject matter expert.
