automatic shift schedule program

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an automatic shift schedule program for our company. The program should be able to handle a rotating schedule and should be based on skills and qualifications of the employees. We have between 10-50 employees who will be using this program. We will need an option to change these timeframes and add more if we need to and we need to customise how many workforce do we need for this shift. Example: 3 Jegyes and 3 bookers are needed for an 8-hour shift,but in few cases we only need 2 of them, so we need an option to change the workforce for each shift. We must to able to adding Time Zones 5. Workers: We need a setting so that those working in 8-hour shifts can work a maximum of 40 hours in a week and receive at least 1 day off after 4 consecutive shifts, and 2 rest days after 5 shifts. 6. We need an option so that we can add vacations, paid vacations, etc. and automatically assign someone else who is available to these shifts 7. We must to able to add criterium for this program: “ Our employees must have a free weekend once in a month, but not at the same time. 8.
